Camp Policies - The Essentials

Camp Olive Tree has established policies governing the conduct and participation of campers, staff, volunteers, leaders, and visitors.

These policies are intended to create an environment where every young person can learn, grow, participate, and enjoy their camp experience safely.

Camper Conduct & Expectations

Camp Olive Tree expects every camper to treat others with respect, kindness, dignity, and consideration.

Campers are expected to:

  • Respect fellow campers, staff, volunteers, and leaders

  • Follow instructions provided by camp leadership

  • Participate appropriately in camp activities

  • Respect camp property and facilities

  • Respect personal boundaries and the belongings of others

  • Refrain from bullying, harassment, threats, fighting, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior

  • Follow health, safety, and emergency procedures

  • Follow applicable camp rules and schedules

We desire Camp Olive Tree to be a place where young people can have fun, form friendships, grow spiritually, and feel safe and valued.
